Recently, I traveled to Denton, Texas where I spent a week documenting the North Texas State Fair & Rodeo. What captivated me the most about the small Texas town was how it felt stuck forty to fifty years in the past. For someone who is infatuated with the mid- western lifestyle, I was still speechless at the timeless nature that encompasses the people of Denton.
