A-Z: Clémence Polès of Passerbuys
Illustrations by Alexandra Peace
With an appetite for people-watching and an urge to circumvent the fabricated lifestyle of social media influencers and bloggers, Clémence Polès created Passerbuys, a platform dedicated to featuring honest, creative women within various industries. Born in Nice, France, Clémence has met women from all over. From London to Dubai, she now lives in New York, where she runs Passerbuys full-time.
Inspired by those she’s met, when visiting Passerbuys you’ll find women from the New York arts scene, to London fashion houses, to running their own coffee shops in Belgium. But while each woman featured is unlike the other, the one thing they do share is their will to break the mold.
To get to know the creative woman raising the voices of others, we asked Clémence what inspires her from A-Z.
